Using the influences of power yoga/ashtanga yoga/bikram yoga we will begin the class with a slow warm up that will lead to standing pose sequences before transitioning to seated/prone/supine poses. We will then tune in to our breath through pranayama, to our sense withdrawal through pratyahara and transition to a meditation technique inspired by jnana yoga and Zen Buddhism before ending the class in a shavasana pose. All
students are welcome to take this class. All Levels.
